Silly sentences

We have been learning how to write sentences correctly. A sentence is one idea or piece of information. A simple sentence needs a subject and verb. We wrote some silly sentences. I chose the best one and created an illustration to match.

I loved the pools at Whangarei. I ran in the pool I wish I could go there again every weekend then I would like it I am going to miss everything at Whangarei. When I went to the pools I splashed into joy. I was so excited to go in the pool. "Glory in the lord," I shouted. It was lots of fun. I loved it. I was so happy to go there it was a dream come true.
